It's a gentle, psychology-backed exploration to help you reconnect with your core values, recognize your inherent strengths, and navigate these midlife transitions with newfound clarity and confidence. As a qualified psychology lecturer and accredited health and wellbeing professional, I've embedded proven psychological principles into each session to provide you with tangible tools and strategies you can use immediately.
