This can be taken as a foundational session to evaluate your current situation and identify areas where change is needed in your life. Please be aware that for optimum results, more than one session will be required. You may find the 6 × 1-hour package more beneficial, depending on your level of need.

Imagine what's possible for your next chapter. In this 6-week wellbeing program, we'll work together to create a deep and meaningful transformation. The package includes six 60-minute coaching sessions, which you can take weekly or fortnightly. I believe in being by your side throughout the journey, which is why this is a high-touch program where you'll have access to extra support and resources from me via text, phone, or email, Monday to Friday, to ensure you feel supported every step of the way

Embark on the Equilibrium program, a 6-month intensive journey to find your way back to yourself and achieve a profound 'whole life' transformation. This is the most extensive and personalised coaching service I offer, designed to empower you to go much deeper than before. You'll receive weekly 60-minute coaching sessions, plus a high-touch experience with daily contact and resources to ensure you feel fully supported every step of the way
