I believe that midlife and menopause are more than just biological transitions—they are an invitation for a powerful psychological and spiritual awakening. My program integrates two powerful frameworks to facilitate your transformation:

  1. The Mind-Body Connection: Finding your way back to you. We'll explore how your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs (the mind) directly influence your physical experience (the body) of menopause and midlife challenges; and how this feeds back in reverse (body-mind). Understand the changes in the brain that menopause brings and how this impacts our perception of self and the feeling of ‘not being you’ anymore.

    You'll learn practical techniques like mindfulness, visualisation, energy reset techniques and emotional release to alleviate symptoms, reduce stress, and foster mental clarity. By understanding this deep connection, you'll harness your inner landscape to create physical, psychological and emotional ease and vitality. You will also feel a sense of control over your external landscape as a result.

  2. Psychology: This program includes a unique lens through Psychologist Erikson's psychosocial development theory, particularly focusing on the Generativity vs. Stagnation stage. This is your opportunity to redefine purpose, cultivate new forms of contribution, and find meaning that truly aligns with your evolving self. We'll proactively address any feelings of stagnation or regret, transforming them into catalysts for growth and a deeper sense of integrity as you move forward.
